When something goes wrong, or when you need information about another person, it’s natural to look for someone who might have answers quickly. These requests fall outside our scope and jurisdiction, and some require licensing we do not hold. Some aren’t ours to handle, and a few conflict with how we work. AIRRAD is not a private investigation agency. We don't do any work defined as private investigation under Utah's Private Investigation Licensing Act (Utah Code Title 58, Chapter 92). That means we will not and cannot do locating people, background checks, surveillance, looking into anyone's conduct or whereabouts, assessing anyone's credibility, investigating the cause of or responsibility for a fire, loss, accident or property damage, electronic sweeps or counter-surveillance, recovering property, or gathering evidence for any court.
This rule is not limited to Utah: it applies equally under the private investigation laws of every other state, territory and region. Any request for this kind of work is terminated immediately.

AIRRAD does not offer psychic or personal readings, divination, fortune telling, or prediction of future events, including angel or Tarot card readings.
AIRRAD does not offer energy-work, metaphysical, new-age or wellness modalities such as Reiki or crystal work, or any practice that requires a license, including massage therapy. These are distinct practices outside our investigative scope, and we neither provide nor evaluate them.
We do not practice witchcraft, sorcery, magic(k), or voodoo. We do not use Ouija boards, conduct séances, channeling, or mediumship, or participate in secret societies. We do not attempt to summon, invoke, contact, or communicate with deceased individuals, ghosts, spirits, angels, demons, or any other entity, and we do not cast or offer curses or spells, or practice occult activity of any kind.
Investigating reported supernatural activity is not practicing it. Where a case involves claimed spiritual or demonic phenomena, we document, examine, and analyze what is reported. We never use occult methods to do so. Any spiritual engagement AIRRAD undertakes is limited to Christian religious practice, conducted openly, fully documented, and provided pro bono.
